Hi all Tonight my 8 yr old granddaughter is going to be a batgirl for a local baseball team, it will start at 7:45PM. I would like to take some nice pictures of her and the players in action. Any tips? thanks in advance,Gary.

What gear will you be using?
Gary, you'll probably have to drop her off, and attend the game, sometime prior to the start of the game. Ask someone with authority if you can take a few photographs of her prior to the start of the game. Considering the importance of her being a batgirl, I don't see where they would have an issue with this. They might even invite you to sit in a preferred location so you can take some during the game.

Using a Olympus E30 DSLR.
I have an E300, good camera, but I went to Canon about a year after I purchased, got three lens and won several photo contest with photos from the E300. Now in storage under my bed with other outdated, but good cameras.
