She sure is! We give her a lot of room but she has tolerated me opening the kitchen door, but she will leave if I step out. She is very alert and doesn't miss a thing. She is very much a wild animal and operates with great skill on the margins our neighborhood and thousands of acres of east bay open lands. Thanks for the visit Corky.

These photographs are just beautiful. I think that part of the reason is that they were taken with such tenderness. No small wonder that she is so peaceful. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

Sweet! Besides the "regular" 3 feral cats I feed in my back yard, I occasionally see opossums, raccoons, and other animals. Some years ago I did have a red fox come to eat, but I didn't get a picture.

Thanks for the visit David. What fascinates me about foxes it the fact that they are one of the most wildly distributed mammals on the planet, they are everywhere!
