Sounds like he's having fun exploring the place. I'll bet he runs around chasing anything not glued down (and some that are) then suddenly keels over and he's asleep. When he wakes he checks out the kibble dish and cleans up any morsels that escaped his hungry mouth earlier and then is off and running again. Our two still haven't calmed down and they're two years old. This being the season for flies to get in the house, the cats now try to catch them. Last week we had a fair sized fly get in and buzz around. Sinbad watched until it got into a corner next to the ceiling. When Sinbad jumped but missed, the fly flew over to the smoke detector on the ceiling and crawled inside. Sinbad eyed the smoke detector and you could see him thinking "I'm sure I can get over there and hang by my claws from the convenient holes and bite that fly when it comes out." I had to get a squirt-bottle of water to discourage our mighty hunter.
Sounds like he's having fun exploring the place. I... (show quote)

Exactly! And a squirt-bottle is a kitten owner's best friend, lol. Except for those kittens and cats that don't care about getting sprayed!

Thanks, DragonsLady. The kitten is a total bundle of energy, Destruction on Four Feet, and "Get out of my way, I'm comin' through!!!" There are no good kittens, only kittens who are less bad, lol.

Thanks for stopping by and the words of wisdom, always very much appreciated!

Here kitty, kitty. Very nice portrait.

Thanks, Stash. He slowed down long enough before pouncing I was able to catch a shot of him awake, lol. Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks as always for your visit and positive comment, it's very much appreciated!

Very pretty indeed....Rich

Thanks, Rich. He's a cute little guy, but quite a dynamo! Hard to shoot, except to get a blur, lol. Glad you enjoyed this shot, and thanks as always for the kind words and visit, always very much appreciated!

HAS HE ESTABLISHED A NIGHTLY PROWL SCHEDULE AND ROUTE YET???? Don't know how you get those expressions so perfectly Randy, but 'Ya did it again!'

Thanks, Robert. He's still confined at night, so no prowling yet. That gives the other cats a chance to rest and eat undisturbed, but they're completely out of luck during the day, lol.

Getting a good expression is largely a matter of timing, persistence, and a heck of a lot of luck, lol. Glad you enjoyed this one.

Thanks for stopping by yet again and your kind words, always very much appreciated!

Yes Randy, he really looks evil and dangerous, woe to anybody he doesn't like, very good capture.

Thanks, Earnest. If there's a more dangerous creature out there, I don't know who it might be. Satan, possible, but even that's a close call, could go either way in the voting, lol.

Thanks for the visit and positive comments, always much appreciated!

Great image!!!! and then they grow up!!

Thanks, Frank. He's a cutie, but you're right. One day he will be a serious predator, tho he will never be allowed outdoors here. Too dangerous--coyotes, cars, dogs, kids, raptors, not to mention disease. Outdoor cats here rarely survive more than a year or two. With luck he will 'live long and prosper' indoors.

Thanks for the kind words and your visit, always grateful!

Following Madame P's Vulcan Mind Meld, the six-week old recruit is now ready, willing, and able to venture forth without hesitation on a lifelong path of devastation and destruction. Striking fear into the hearts of everyone at the Ministry of Mayhem, nothing and no one is safe from his depredations, as he zooms--seemingly out of nowhere--and pounces on his unsuspecting victim, only to zoom off again.

I wished I had more time to keep up with your posts, Randy. Madame P's Vulcan Mind Meld is way over my head, but if she can Mind Meld with a cat.....?
Hmmmm, she must be a very superior being.
To become one with a cat can only improve the human..., or witch.
Love the beautiful kitty portrait.
Thanx,

Marion

What a wonderful picture of him, TP! Clearly, there's a lot of intelligence behind those eyes. He can pounce on me anytime!

Thanks, Ira. There may be no hope at all for the current crop of Ministry agents when this upstart hits his stride. He is, I'm sure, aiming to get his picture hung on the wall in the Hall of Heroes beside that of Madame P. Lofty ambition, noble goal. But only great-deed doers accomplish that, and whether this kitten has great deeds inside him remains to be seen. Only time will tell.

Thanks for stopping by and the fun comment, it's very much appreciated!
