Fujifilm X10 ......advice-- opinion needed.
Thanks for this- an interesting website.
You've given a very interesting reply here- and you can see why I have had trouble deciding, but your comments are clarifying things.-Thanks,D.
Yes, my own camera is a Canon 5D11, and I can see myself borrowing my wife's compact regularly-- due to the ease of in & out of the camera bag etc.I recently purchased a Canon 70-300 L IS, and have been very pleased with it, but weight & bulk mean that it will not go to Europe with us,sadly.
I currently own a Fujifilm HS30 bridge camera and I am finding it a very good camera. It is 16 megapixels and has a 30 zoom lens and it is also very fast. May be if you are looking for a good camera this could be the one for you if are looking for a upmarket bridge camera.
Thanks for this--- I will certainly check it out.I will be taking my own Canon 5D11, so will have some horse-power on hand, but will also use the compact myself a certain amount.-D.
To all Fuji interested--I have done ext. read and
gone to different web sites on any camera
and find the Fujifilm dig. cameras just as
reasoable and less expensive, if one does
not have to spend all your hard earned money
on other makes of $600-.
I love the Fuji cameras, something I can hold
on--not some silly looking cell phone.
Look at Fujifilm S4200-s4400 series......
These came out about same time-Great
looking and again, reasoable!
Please pass this on, I would like reply--Hope
this helps, and hope I have encouraged all of you--
I love thse. and you will not be disappointed;;;;;
Thanks for your ideas here, and very helpful. The Fuji is a slightly newer compact on the block , and I suppose it is attempting to leap frog the opposition. You can read all the reviews you like, but opinions from actual users could be more valuable.
Thanks to all those who have contributed to this topic.-D.
