Just need to crop off some from the left hand side as she is looking to the right, so the subject is then off centre. Otherwise very nice.

JR - I would view that as less a "need" than a "suggestion", as not everybody seems to like the arguably more artsy off center cropping. I do sometimes, sure, but I think it sorta depends on what you're going to do with the pic. For instance, if it's printed on a greeting card, you may want to handle it differently than if blowing it up to an 8-foot print in your corporate hallway, in which case you could crop it ideally to fit your available space... :)
