Hi
Can any of you out there (and I'm sure you can!) tell me how to resize a 10.4 mb jpeg file to 2mb for an online competion? Software is elements9.

Not sure about how to do it in your software.
I often use FastStone Photo Resizer, a free download that is easy to use.....

When you reduce that far down "bicubic sharper" scheme is thought to have an advantage from what I read....
