Pentax is dead.Can't be repaired

I did a lot of checking around;asked a lot of questions and read a lot of posts regarding the problem I had. So..I will just have to use my Oly bridge camera until I get my new d-SLR. It's okay.It's just a camera. Pretty low on my scale of bad things that can happen.

I suggest a Pentax K-5. The features are fantastic and the color and lack of "noise" is impressive. The price for a body only is about $850. The K-5 can use all of the older Pentax lens.

What do you have in the way of a dead Pentax, and what do you intend to do with it? Interested, if available.
