Too Good A Sky...
Dramatic clouds series. Excellent.
#3 is particularly stunning. I would be proud to showcase that image on my wall.
Makes me want to move to the West, or at least visit more often!
Great shots!
Thanks
Deeply appreciate each and every one of your comments, gang. Thank you.
Not to disregard anybody, but some specific replies seem warranted:
Manglesphoto: 'boring without clouds' - yup. I see people shooting essentially these same scenes all the time, and the formula is typically: stop car - lower window - hold cell phone up and go 'click' - raise window - drive away. Pix might have a cloud or it might not. All the same to them. Ah, well.
guyserman: Uh, huh. I'm into that 'cloud thing.' See Manglesphoto's comment above.
rcarol & Dr Nikon: Those are pretty humbling comments.
Bob: What 4x5 are you using? For a long time, I shot with a 5x7 woodfield Deardorff, and that was a spinnaker in any sort of wind. Switched to a stripped down 4x5 Speed Graphic, and that was way less of a sail. I was a lot younger then, of course, and my ten-ton tripod (or so it felt at the end of a day) didn't restrict me quite as much.
Beautiful, beautiful! The downloads are awesome. Beautiful landscapes with mesmerizing storm clouds!

Thanks, Carol. Now when are you going to return my cat? I miss the little monster.

Very beautiful, Cany. Nicely captured. I often wear a shirt that says "Pray for clouds." But my prayers were never answered so well.

Very nice. Really like #3
These are all beautiful scenes...well done.
These are all beautiful dramatic skies. My favorite is No.4. In my humble opinion it has the best visual design of the series.
