Found this little guy/gal while at the John Heinz Wildlife refuge
Don't know what kind of Duck it is but it sat still and posed very well.

Female of some species, that's all I can say. Nice, well focused photo, holds up well even in double download, well exposed. Really nice!

After a complete review of five different bird books, and based upon location and bill color and eye stripe it is my humble opinion that this is a female Blue-winged Teal (Anis discors).
