The value of the Canonet will vary widely on the model. The QL-17 GIII, properly QLA'd, can be a great addition to a film rangefinder collection, even rivaling some Leicas in performance. I recently purchased one, fully refurbished, and love it. It yours is a QL-17 and you wish to restore it, PM me for the location of the fellow who did such a wonderful job on mine. As to posted prices, I doubt you will find any that properly reflect the true value of this camera.
It’s most likely a QL-17. I would try to match your with what you see advertised. Also locate the serial number. You should be able to find out when/where it was made. I’m more familiar with Nikons—and they list the serial numbers by range as to when they were made.
