I got so engrossed in a thread over in the chit-chat wastebasket that I almost forgot to post this.
If you're just starting out with HDR, things made out of metal are quite a bit easier to manipulate and see the results of different slider positions on the various HDR programs.
I took this series using a gorilla-pod and obviously shot from almost ground level. In addition to the shine of the metal, notice how bright the undercarriage and headliners are on this 1950 or 51 Ford. That is part of HDR bringing out those portions of the picture.
