First off great shots. The #2 head shot lighting is just perfect. I kinda agree with trc above about the forehead halo from either makeup or post processing. I use Photoshop (PS) and / or Portrait Processional Pro (PP). Photoshop can be difficult to process in certain areas and is very complex. PP has earlier versions liked better as the changes were more subtle ... PS allows you to use PP as an Anthropic filter which makes for stunning results. You are one lucky guy to have such a perfect pro model ... I jealous. lol Picture are great.
