No - not at all - it just shows that there is a lack of moral judgement by a large % of the people in areas of Chicago - it is unfortunate that the highest % is in the non-white areas. Stupidity is not limited to non whites.

Well I don’t see that way, I think the good folks in the community that are terrorized by the thugs would welcome that something is being done, certainly the police in could use the help.
Al Sharpton doesn’t really speak for the black communities, he’s a scumbag just like Jessie Jackson it’s the left wing news media that give a voice. I have over years talked to many black Americans and they don’t see that way.
