Too many birds in one photo? Critics and comments are welcome.
This is an awesome photo...its many photos in one. I like it!
I agree awesome photo! You caught a bunch in one photo.
The shot has some appeal but you probably need to work on your PP skills. It's obvious this is more than one shot.

One of the birds on the rocks has lost its body. So, yes, either too much bird by 10% or too little bird by 90%.
There is another bird without its back (beside the rock) and one in the water with a partial wing. I'm not sure the colors make sense, going from blue/green rocks to red rocks, but that's your artistic choice. Composites are far more challenging than I'm usually willing to attempt, so I admire your determination and vision. Enjoy yourself!
Yes, too many birds and parts of birds in one shot. But, hey, if you like it that's what's important.
Thanks for your comments!!!
I think there is too much background, so the birds don’t show up as well as they could. Try cropping in on the left quite a bit, then cropping in some on the right side. Then, brighten up the scene. Finally, add a soft, not too dark, vignette. Then, you can see if you have too many birds or not.
