I love traveling and have been very fortunate to be able to travel a lot. Have anyone consider having a group to travel to maybe Colorado Canon or what ever for educational purpose. Pro and newbies to exchange ideas and critic your work. What is everyone opinions.

I think that would be a great idea maybe after the first of the year, right now with the holidays coming I myself would have to wait but I would be in for it at a later date.

Great maybe if we get enough people interested for the new year we could put something and we all could choose a day and place. I will love to have a professional critic my work at the time that I'm taking the picture that will help me improved my settings and choice of lens etc.

If there's enough of an interest, we could "guide" groups in our local areas to get folks the best expereinces without going in blind....could be fun.

Great we could probably look at spring 2012 when everything is blooming or summer when everything is hot. Everyone interested start submitting places and we could probably get a good deal in hotels and meals. Since we will be traveling from different places and maybe different transportation means. I really hope we could exchange ideas and critics.

I've done 2 photography workshops so far...one was fantastic...in the 5 days I learned how to shoot in manuel mode....the second was so far under par it was a crime....had it not been for the other participants (and the Arizona/Utah landscape) in the workshop, the whole event would have been a complete wash. I'm all in favor of participating in an event..LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.....and a few old timers....count me in!

Great like I mention before we need to decide on a location so it will be worth it. I won't called it a seminar but just a group of photographer and newbies exchanging ideas and helping each other. However we could make it a bit more formal if that is what people want and there is enough interest.
