I don't know if I am in the correct section but I'm learning my new camera (Canon EOS 600D) so I thought I would ask for some feedback if you don't mind. Flowers are not really my thing but I thought I better start with something.
Comments please, good or bad, I'm here to learn. Thankyou

They are all three out of focus. What lens were you using and how close were you? This was something I went through also and was told often that with the lens I was using I was too close. Wise UHH'er told me once. Better to crop a good shot then fix a bad closeup.

Thankyou for that, it really helps. I don't know anything about lenses, I got 3 with my camera so I'm just playing with them but yes I can see that now, thankyou. The lens was a EFS18-55mm and yes I was close. would I have been better off using my 50mm do you think?

Really doesn't matter what lens you use, just be very careful about focus. Easy on the button and for flowers, try to use a tripod.

I find that if I need a breeze in the warm weather, I just try to get a closeup or macro of a flower, the breeze will come.
