I am Interested in replacing my Nikon D90 camera. Any recommendations for a good replacement would be appreciated. I also have a Nikon D800 which I'm still happy with. Thank you for your time and any suggestions you may have.

Depending on budget and needs, D7200, D7500, or D500.

Yes! And don't rule out refurbished - or the D7000 and D7100. In the OP's situation, I would go for a new D7200. It's a good camera, and he keeps his bodies a long time, so starting new might be better (longer warranty).

I only have one camera a simple Sony A6000 I have found that it is difficult to shoot two cameras at once.

It would depend on your interests. If you enjoy shooting action such as sports or birds in flight, you cannot beat the Nikon D500 in my opinion. If you are more interested in stills such as landscape or portrait, the D750 or the new D850 are both great cameras. If you have a camera store near you that rents out equipment, you may want to rent some cameras that you are interested in and see which one serves your needs. Good luck with whatever you choose.

You already have a full frame so I suggest D7200 or D500.

Since you already own one Pro body (D800) I would highly recommend getting the D500 as it has pretty much the exact same feel and control layout as your D800, it would keep you from having to figure out exactly where each control function was located on the camera when in the field. The D7XXX cameras have a very different control layout.

I had the D70 then D90 and D7100 but now use a D750, but I mostly bought FF lens as that was my destination. If you only have DX lenses the look at the D7100, D7200 or D500.

I added to D7500 to my arsenal and am very pleased with the camera. Still use the D90 and a P510 as backups depending on what I am shooting.

That the biggest reason the D7000 stays in they drawer at work.
The control layout is very different from the D800/810.
I hate fumbling.

I am looking at the D7000 (I have a D90) and want a faster camera. I compared the D7000 vs the D710o for processing speed and the D7000 is faster and I don't need the higher ISO.

The other issue I have with the D7000 is there is no lock on the mode dial. For some reason it often gets moved while I’m walking around. Other than that, and the awkward (to me)!control layout, it’s a pretty good camera.
