Welcome Art. Most people that do website design use a computer and web design software such as Adobe Dreamweaver or one of the many other programs out there. For quality photographs or video, most of us use cameras dedicated to either though many of our camera's are capable of up to .5 hour HDMI video. Adobe Creative Cloud has programs that will do much of if not all the things you mentioned.

I would stop worrying about 'having everything' in one programme. Gimp and PS will open a number of different file types and equally save in whatever file you next need.
With animation and audio files, you are probably in need of specialist audio/video advice....Probably more Gimp than PS at a guess but with additional work
