Hi All.
I just got a new computer,

Dell XPS 8700 Bios A08
Intel core 17-4790 CPU 3.60GHz
Windows 10 64bit 16 Meg Ram.

I want to load a copy of Photoshop and Lightroom to this computer. I have been to my Adobe account and all it shows that I have paid every month on time. I could not find my License number or any instructions on loading second copy. There must be seven million pages to go through, after 10 or 15 pages I was lost and had to back to page one and start over. I have downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud and the apps for Photoshop and Lightroom state Install, I don't want to install and be charged double. I am not a computer person and need simple 1 2 3 instructions. Thanks in advance. REJ.

I don't have a URL to point you to, but you can load PS & LR on more than one system, provided you don't use more than one at a time. Go to the main Adobe site, log in with your adobe login & password, and download the software.

I have it on my desktop and on my wife's laptop which I use when we travel. But I've had it for a couple of years and don't remember how to do it. But I believe if you go to Adobe help there is a choice to chat live with a rep and they could probably tell you how. I know when I did it it was fairly seamless.

I just did that and we juts loaded it, it verified with Adobe that it was not installed on more than two computers.

Download the Creative Cloud app from Adobe. Install and open that program. It will have you sign in to your account and set you up.

Hi,

If you have Adobe Creative Cloud loaded on your "other/older" computer:
1. Open the module, usually in your taskbar(bottom tray)and double click.
2. Click on the three dots, upper right
3. Click on help
4. All kinds of help articles including installing.
5. If that does not solve your issue, while in Help, scroll all the way to the bottom and click "Contact Us". Fill out the form - you will be able to eventually "Chat".
Hope this helps.
PM me for additional help.
Good luck
Mark

They only allow you to have it loaded on two (2) computers, so if you already have it on two (such as laptop and desktop) . . . You'll have to remove it from one of them before it will allow you to put it on your new computer. I ran into this when I replaced my laptop . . .

Not exactly correct. You can only have it ACTIVATED on two computers. If you want to activate on a third the option appears to deactivate one of the other two. That’s one of the advantages of CC. You can be traveling and activate on any computer.

You are right . . . I didn't delete it . . . I had to "deactivate" it . . .
