That is always a good defense. However, it works better if one has a high priced attorney present that instead of oneself. Which, in this case, makes the defendant look like a looney.

That was 40+ years ago; besides composting is good for the Earth.
He is now serving life in prison, since around 2000, after hiding in Europe for 23 years.

TrUmp has done far less to harm the system than his predecessor who put targets on the back of police officers, set race relations back 50 years, and tried to destroy our military.

His treatment of Ferguson and other justified police shootings versus his treatment of police being assassinated are just two examples of his racist actions. You can google what he did to our military. How about his use of the IRS to target Conservative groups? How about his DOJ and Fast and Furious? The list is long. Did he proclaim Trayvon innocent? I believe there was an acquittal in that case. am I right??? even though the defendant took a very poor attitude during (and after) the trial. AND I didn't necessarily disagree with it since apparently Trayvon was the aggressor in the fight. Nor did I think there was enough evidence against the cops in Ferguson. But in so many incidences before and since (shooting a kid 22 times in chicago......recently in Sacramento shooting a kid for having a cell phone.....shooting an unarmed man IN THE BACK in Charleston) and these are just the ones that come to mind at the moment.....the cops were DEFINITELY wrong. I suggest that they are putting the targets on their own backs when those incidences occur. to blame Obama for the behavior of some cops is ridiculous
