It has been a good day. Hope everyone is well and the sun shone on your path. Number 4 ...I don`t think I have ever seen this species of bird with the green around the eyes. Number one the Blue worked on this fish for quite a while. He did manage to get it down. Thank you for taking the time to look.

That's quite a fish! Bigger than the ones that I most often catch so I'm jealous. Great photos, thanks for sharing.

Now that's a mouthful. Someone else just posted an egret with the same colors . I captured some egrets but never seen the green before. Nice pic.

Usually, the green color comes out in the Spring during the mating season.
