Wow, beautiful. Excellent photo. (I am looking at the Milky Way right now - it is my candy dish which is next to my rocking chair !! )

I used 2 LED lights with Tungsten filters located about 50 yards to the right and left. Both set in lowest setting. The one on the left I had facing a rock and bouncing the light back to my subject.
