Thanks for another FS, RR. This has been quite a winter - UGH. Your image documentation of a wintry April is beautifully pathetic. Will warm weather ever come to stay??? I'll be back.
Lucky catch of some good light.

When I have the camera along, I click everything...here's a few over the years...
In our little town there used to be a number of sawmills powered by water rushing over dams. One of these dams is all that remains of what once was a booming sawmill. The dam and waterfall are not visible from the busy road, but the road is so close you can hear and see it when you are at the falls. A short wooded trail leads to the head of the falls and remnants of bolts to hold granite and buildings in place are still visible. You won't find it on any map or trail guide. Maybe that's a good thing. Hope you enjoy the sequence.
Full length of the falls, but not the width. I'm perched on the boulder in the foreground

At the top, looks calm as water swirls to enter the crevice that begins the "fall"

The closer to the crevice the more the water begins to "boil"
