More Blizzard in Devon England.
We are doing Landsend to John O Groats this time over a six week period. Starting at Canterbury and heading down to the White Cliffs and then along the south coast to your part of the world . We have three days in Truro as a base and will be touring around from there. Going also to St Georges Island as it used to belong to the Aunts of a friend of mine here in NZ and is supposed to be a strange haunted mystical place ???
I like these a lot--the first two are my favorites.
Very nice set. Love the bridge shot in #1 but all are good. Well done.

Thats a fabulious trip Adicus, and dont forget to visit Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters between, Eastbourne and Seaford, when you leave the Dover area, they are far more spectacular than the chalk cliffs around Dover. Last year we did the North Coast 500 in Scotland, a great 500 mile trip from Inverness to John o' Groats, ten across the top of Scotland to Catheness, then down the fantastic Atlantic coast to the Isle of Sky, Elena Donnan, Glenfinnan, Fort William and back across to Aberdeen via Loch Ness. We hired a Motor Home from a bloke in Inverness for the 500 which was fantastic as in Scotland you can park up and or camp anywhere, and its so lovely to wake up, look out the van window and see white sands and Mountains.--
Have fun.

Thanks a lot Angela, LOL, It is quite unusual here down South, and last week it only lasted for 3/4 days and it was all gone and Spring reappeared and the Daffs are out, the primroses and wild garlic are rampant through the woodlands, the trees are looking to leaf and the birds nesting franticly, so all is good and looking forward to a great summer.

Something is very, very wrong... but spring storms are so beautiful and it shows in your shots, Geoff!! #2 is a stunner, but I love them all!!
...and hopefully in a day it will all be gone!!
Cheers carlysue, It really was perfect -- Bright sunshine driving down on the Saturday, woke up to a gentle covering of snow Sunday, Blizzards all day Sunday with 4ft of snow, beautiful warm sun on Monday and by Tuesday it had mostly all melted-- so for the rest of the week we battered in lovely Spring sunshine recalling how lucky we were to have had that beautiful snow.

OH,WoW!! Just when I think I've had my fill of winter, you show more shots giving me "winter envy"! And the snow adds so much more depth and drama--so do not remove those! These are beautiful, Geoff, the golden glow on the weeping willow is magical. Perfect light. I think I should be riding up to that castle on my white steed. Love it!
LOL, Donna I wouldn't have had it any other way -- it was an added bonus to what would normally have been a Spring break away, so smiles all round from us.
