third vote for lensrental.com. Our local store used to rent lenses, but went out of business last year. (still sad)

Lens rentals is a reputable company that offers excellent customer service. You have to pay for shipping both ways, something like around $25 extra.

My first and only rental experience has been with Lensrentals and would definitely use them again!
