I love old factory buildings. For some reason they bricked in those arched windows on the ground floor. Perhaps too much vandalism, rock throwing, etc. was the reason. Is that in your hometown? Those are well taken photos of a very interesting subject.

Yes, this is in my hometown of Alexandria, Indiana. It was a factory that made gloves, of course, and then branched into racing uniforms and the like. I used to know several people who worked there, but I have no idea as to the bricked-in windows. They were that way when I was in high school, and there must have been some reason, but for sure it wasn’t vandalism in that town--it just didn’t happen there.
