Rod - I was using a Nikon D4s with a Nikkor 200 - 500mm lens. It was a bright afternoon but the birds were in the shade.

Thanks Jack. Back in January I drilled a few holes in a limb I cut and stuck in the ground. I load the holes with peanut butter and now spend almost as much on peanut butter as I do on sunflower seeds. Of course I eat some of the peanut butter. It seems everyone loves peanut butter.
