I have always not believed in UFOs being from outer space. Assuming this video is not manufactured, it does reveal a curious sight. I agree with scientists like the late Carl Sagan that it is likely intelligent life exists elsewhere in the Universe. However, it's rather spacious out there and it seems unlikely the green men would have found earth.

I believe in UFOs but I don't think they are from outer space. They are future civilizations from here on Earth travelling back in time to investigate earlier epochs on the planet, not just our current period but even earlier periods going back to the dinosaurs and earlier. There's plenty of evidence to support my theory, i.e., the H.G. Wells book and movie "The Time Machine", several "Terminator" movies, the TV program "Timeless", and others I can't think of right now. That's my theory and I'm sticking with it.
