Pirates Tower - Laguna Beach, CA

Anyone out there familiar with shooting engagement or similar photos at Pirates Tower in Laguna Beach, CA?? I am going to shoot my daughters engage pics in June there and can probably figure out how to shoot with a lot of trial and error but with the time constraint of travel from Colorado and beach time just wondering if anyone has a few tips from experience?? Please do not guess at what is needed. I am only interested in those that have actually shot at this beach or other beaches at sunset for the same or similar purpose. Thanks in advance.

I have been to Laguna/Huntington/Venice and Santa Monica Beach as well MANY times!. I always just leave it on Auto. and shoot away. Have not been there since my film camera days....it's even better now. If you don't like the shot just hit the trash can button! LOTS of orange filters will be great! Good luck!
