very nice, although the fence in the foreground may need leveled out, but the bridge looks great, lighting looks good, reflection on the Water is nice too.

Looks good to me. Leveling the fence would make the building lean. Could crop it out or try cloning it out. Or just leave it as is if you are happy with it.

The fence doesn't bother me. I would have liked to see more reflection on the water. To do that, use a longer shutter speed, around a few seconds. (This requires a tripod) That has the effect of smoothing the water which enhances reflections. You may need a Neutral Density filter.

David Welcome to our forum. Nice first post. Exposure looks good. I would consider cropping out next time if you take it that fence in the foreground.

Welcome, rather nice, might play with the fence in a re-shoot, more fence, less fence, NO fence, maybe a little bit more over the buildings, but what you like is most important, your vision we can just say what we might do, Bob.
