Thanks Shakey for pointing the noise issue out to me. I went back to my original PSD file to see what happened because I know I took most of the noise out. It turns out I did more sharpening to the photo after what I did in camera raw (using a smart object) thus I sharpened the noise that was there. Thus, my base camera raw smart object looked great but the finished version didn't!! Lesson learned, Do the noise reduction and sharpening LAST!!

I also had to go back with the noise reduction tools. Did it 3 times for this picture with different amounts for different areas for 3 separate Noise Reduction layers.
