I purchased a Canon 6D, 24-105L and Lightroom 5 bundle that I’ve been very happy with.
Silly me, I didn’t realise that “The Ultimate Photography Package” was a specific offering .....
1/5 of the value seems to be locked up in something called "The Winning Creative’s Way" by Christina Scalera ($997.00).
She claims to be a lawyer for "creatives"
I have seen other "bundles" from time to time. Usually there is at least one well known contributor. I really do not recognize any of these people.

That has been my suspicion about these offerings.

Most of the things they say you are getting "free" are limited time trials. The books "MAY" be good for beginners, but are either way to dry, or way to "obvious" to be of much help to anyone who has read their manual, and maybe watched 3-4 youtube videos. I literally got really mad at myself after going through all the items I had purchased and I just deleted the email with the links and went on with my life. I figured it was a $97 lesson.

That may be it.
And to add insult to injury, a bunch of posters have attempted to answer a question devoid of substance.
Folks,
My apologies. I incorrectly assumed that most (or at least many) members had been peppered with multiple emails about this "offering". Dsmenltz got the right item (link:
https://www.slrlounge.com/ultimate-photography-bundle-2018/). Bkser, sorry to hear about your bad experience.
Thanks for your input.

If I can save one other person from wasting the money, then I've done a good thing.

What surprised me most is this question was not posted by Chris T!

Really? Wow! Not sure why it was such a bad question. Asking if anyone had purchased it before, and what they thought. Not a lot different than "what's your experience with "x" flash, or "y" photoshop plug in.
OP was just asking if anyone had purchased it, and what they thought. Isn't getting answers from other people the entire reason for a forum like this?
And people keep claiming that I was wrong for asking why the Christ T name keeps popping up in non Chris T topics.

Wow. How long did it take you to type all that?
Yes I have purchased this last year and found it to be a good value. You are not going to use all of it as it is designed with something for everyone. I have downloaded several ebooks and courses and have gone back to them as references. So I found it a useful purchase and recommend it to those just starting out or want a pretty much complete reference source. Don’t mind the skepticism buy it if you are looking for a resource.

My favorite bundle was purchased last Christmas from B&H. I bought the D500 with the 16-80 Nikon lens. I got $100.00 off the camera, 1/2 price on the lens and Nikon threw in the vertical grip. Plus I got 2% back in a gift certificate from B&H for a future purchase. Great bundle, thanks Nikon and B&H.
