Composite of three captures made eons ago (2009)

A bumble bee (?) when she flies off a flower (Morning glory)

Known issues:
Ex-centered
Low speed
Lower bee is not quite where it should be and not blending too well.
Middle bit selection is not all that good.

That is, my opinion, a 'retake' and can 'do better'.

A composite of 3 pictures.....for this final result? Either you have a lot of time in your hands or have nothing better to do.

The most noticeable issue to me with this photo is that the only bee that is sharp is mostly hidden by the flower. The flower is nice and sharp; but I don't think that the out of focus or motion blurred bees add much to your composition. You obviously put a lot of effort into this and technically I think you did a good job putting the elements together. If you have any bees in your library that are sharp, they might be better candidates for a composite. You might also want to change or further blur the background which is somewhat busy.

The most noticeable issue to me with this photo is... (show quote)

It is the same bee jumping off the flower and flying away...

I captured this by accident, not design. The two bee composites were out of focus.

Why would one want to do a "retake" of an image that appears to be lacking technical competence and is compositionally boring?
