Hi Folks, had a chance to photograph the train and depot in the little town of Lynnville (pop. 287) today. Had a break in the weather from all the rain, so it was nice to get out, if only for a little while. The depot is a replica of what the original looked like. And the train is a retired 1927 Baldwin 2-6-2 that once ran on the St. Louis-O'Fallen railway. These are in camera HDR's taken with the Sony RX10M3. Hope folks aren't getting mad with all my recent posting.

Me too and I'll drive if needed (within reason) to photograph one like this one I did today. About an 1-1/2 drive from home to get to it.
Now that's a place I'd love to visit! Very nice shots.
Everybody loves a train. Great images, James!
There is something about an old steam engine that brigs out the boy in all of us.
