My style is still in development. Might always be.

Which applies to all of us. Our vision should always exceed our grasp.

I think a personal style is very rare. The three images posted above a very well done. Is the style unique to this photographer?

A good place to find out more about style is the website of Seth Resnick, who has a definitive style and is a great art-oriented photographer. He gives classes but they fill up fast and I'm still trying to find one to get into.

Kimchee, sorry but I don’t see a style? Maybe you can explain it?
I don’t think a style is something you work on. A style is your personality and how it’s projected in how you see and it would have similarities in a body of work.
If you’re forcing a style all you're doing is compartmentalizing your work and restricting yourself.
Styles change and can evolve and vary by genre.
Maybe if I saw 500 of your images I could see it but not with 3 completely different shots?!

Yes, SS, if you could see 500 of my images you would see the pattern (I didn't think anyone would want me to post that many. Lol). I didn't actually do it on purpose, it just keeps evolving and I always seems to look back at past work and want to improve upon it. Light it differently, take shots from more varied positions, do different things with backgrounds and movement, improve upon composition, etc. But always, as from the very beginning, it all comes down to the people in my images. Parents who want me to capture their images like the laid back and real feel of my portraits. These three images very much reflect who each of these people are. At least for me and for their parents, who are the only people I need to make happy. As I look back through all of my photos they keep progressing to a more and more authentic look. Clients who are looking for perfectly "posed" glamor shots would never hire me. I have no interest in trying to capture an image like that. I like soft spoken in between the moments photos, if that makes sense. For a long time I wanted to "develop" a style. I kept waiting for the magic moment to come to me. Then, as I was taking a good look at the photos I had taken over the course of a year I saw that I inadvertently do have a style. And I like it. It suits me. I absolutely agree with you that a style shouldn't be forced, nor should I pigeon hole myself into any particular style. Who knows what my work will look like in ten years? - if I can still lift a camera by then - the darned thing gets a little heavier every year. My images change a little bit every time I learn something new it seems. I'm just happy that people are starting to hire me specifically because of that authentic look. I want people to look back on the photos I take in 40 years and say "Yeah, I remember when I looked like that. I looked great!" instead of "Why on earth did I have those taken, I NEVER looked like that!". :D

Ah yes, the Dariia Gromova and Elena Shumilova style. Beautiful, no doubt. Not sure who did this style first.

I believe we all develope our own style over time and others can try and duplicate it but never quite get it the same.

Part of the style is how we choose to post process and each of us has a particular style we follow over time and a vision for our images no one else has. So I think every one has a unique style. Some may be similar to each other but there are differences.

If you are consistent with a style it will become recognized as yours by your followers and fans, not by everyone though. You have to be pretty good to be that known.

Kimchee I don't think you are showing a style of your own. It looks like portraits from any number of random online senior photo portfolios.

Finding ones own style, is similar to an author finding ones own voice. It takes much time and practice. And the harder you seek it, the more elusive It becomes. Shoot, shoot and shoot some more. In time, it finds you.
