Might not get around to it for a few days. But I'll let you know.

Larry, I love the photo for itself. It is also the first time I have seen this pier in over 25 years. I grew up on Anglin's Pier and would occasionally make the trip(s) to other piers from Palm Beach to Dania. I actually worked on the Pompano pier back in the 60s. Thank you for posting this photo which is excellent.

Glad this brought back memories. The beach at Dania is just about gone. So much has been washed away that at high tide the water is washing across the paved access walkways and into the parking lot. The back wall of the restrooms facing the ocean has the water about 8 inches high against it.

Thanks so much for commenting. The moon rays made this really pretty.

That’s a more interesting shot than one of another moon, anyway. Nice!

Larry, I understand everything changes but at the same time that is sad to say the least. Thank you one more time for the photo and even more for this response.

The cloud blanket in the eastern sky completely blocked last night's Super Moon but the clouds did provide for a bit of drama at the Dania Beach Pier.

Thanks for looking.

Your image is excellent, especially in download. This is very dramatic - so what - the moon didn't appear. Really good work.

Yours is a much more interesting and dramatic photo than one of a giant reddish orb floating in a black background! I think you have a really great photo.
