I really like the last one. It is so difficult to get herons to pose with good background.

Jack, it always surprises me that birds like the Great Blue stay in the North through winter. I spent a few of my growing up years in Ohio and don't think I ever saw one. Thanks to UHH, I've learned that they stay in places even colder than Ohio. Your marsh appears to be rich in wildlife.

Thanks for looking in. The heron was way up in a tree and the sky was a nice vivid blue. Glad you like the set.

Hi Carol and thank you my friend. This marsh has so much to see and shoot. One of my favorite places to go. Spring will bring lots of wildlife. Was hoping to get otters, mink or beaver but just the heron.
