Two Questions, 1st does Nikon Capture NX2 have a stitching program and if no where can I get one that probably named: Stitching for REAL big Dummies. I have looked at a couple sites just way to complicated for me.
Thanks

I just downloaded a FREE program yesterday from Serif - Panorama Plus. It was soooooo easy , tells you what to do in three (or 4) easy steps and I'm a dummy too. Hope it helps.

Try Microsoft Image Composite Editor. It's free and works great. Kinda funky getting into it, but stick it out and it will work fine

I have five photos taken with a Nikon D5100 on sport mode, of my grandson throwing a tomahawk. I want to stitch them together into one to show the motion. I have Photoshop Elements 7. I can't figure out how to do it, and the tutorials I found on the Internet do not work.

They are shown below. I want each photo to show the varying position of the tomahawk in order to show the motion.

Can you please tell me how to do it?

This tutorial seems pretty straight forward. It only shows two photos being stitched but the process is the same for 5. Good luck.

You need to attach the files w/o previewing.

Can you post the photos? I think, from what you have said, that "stitching" is not what you need, but a technique for superimposing elements from different photos onto one original.

Yes, that is what I want to do.

I tried to attach the photos but the Uglyhedgehog website would not let me upload them.

If you send me your email address, I will send them to you by email.

Be careful with Gimp, as this installs a lot of Spyware on your computer.

I am curious what GIMP you are talking about or if you work for Adobe as GIMP is one of the most trusted downloads on the internet. Stop downloading from China and start here http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
