Doing good. The D7200 can be a heavy beast which adds to my camera shake for sure. I took awhile to get used to it particularly when I added another monster like the Sigma C. Getting old doesnt help either. Some of the things I did was increase the shutter speed on a shots when possible. I went to 1/two times the focal length if I could for shutter speed ie focal length at 250mm shoot at 1/500. Also I went to 1/1000 or above for birds in flight. I also found it a big help to setup back button focus, I think I was too heavy a presser on the shutter button after focusing at the half pressed position. When panning with a bird in flight I have the camera in multi shot mode. Hope this gives a few ideas on things to try but those shots are good. Nicely done.
thanks swamcork. would like to see some of your pics..jim
thanks woodsman. the 7200 is a great camera for me.. I am fortunate enough to have the nikon 70-200 2.8. also have the tamron 150-600. heavy and awkward to handle by hand..dont have a tripod here in Florida but will when I get back to Indiana..any advice about a gamble head? also ..have read about upping the iso to 800-1200 with shutter speed os 1/1600. very high. shoot mostly in aperture mode but am venturing out to manual..also reading Steve Perry nikon auto focus system which has helped very much..thx for the comments. jim

Sorry no advice on a head here. I do most of my shots hand held even with the Sigma 150-600 (heavy) or the Nikkor 70-300 (lighter) on the 7200. I have a tripod but rarely use it, the birds and animals I shoot are just too fast and usually move to where the tripod is not. :). I do use a monopod quite often though and that does help. I prefer to brace on something solid though. Even resting the big lens on my other arm that is braced on something gives me better results than 100% free hand.
Would love for you to post "downloadable" images.
I am a little guy and almost always use a tripod with a Gimble head.
Keep on shooting!
jwshelton .I will try to download appropriate images..for some reason I struggle with that..lol. thx. could you post a pic of your gimble set up?
