Just south of Presidio, TX, the Rio Grande to the right... no subject? Well... at the time, the pavement itself was the subject.

Yes... topped off with a couple days bar hoping in Terlingua... It's easy... there are only two bars. Then wals across the Rio Grand into Boquillias MX for a shoot.

Leading lines are an alternative composition anchor. Well done!

As my Goldwing shivers in the cold.
I did take it out for a short ride last weekend; the temperature went up to 35 and I hadn't started it yet this year. Good thing it has heated grips, seat and foot warmers...

Yes, I'm certain of that. Thanks for chiming in. Lots of good ways to enjoy America's by-ways.

The road is a good leading line in your image.

Thanks! This was on an afternoon in Feb 2014 while taveling from Cupertino to Daytona mostly on back roads. Just couldn't resist the shot when I rounded the curve from the north.

Yep, for Texas that is a curvy road. If you haven't been to Deal's Gap in North Carolina, you should go. 318 curves in 11 miles.

The dragon is nice, but other roads in that area are better. I'm certain we all have our favorites. Like Rt 66 west from Kingman, AZ.
