Snow Day in Southern Indiana

The morning was clear and the snow mostly undisturbed. Just had to go out this morning and see what I could find around town. The old railway bridge-tressel has been a favorite and took many high school seniors portraits down by the tracks. The church is by a famous architect and has been photographed from all angles and seasons over the years. Oh! the lens flare was intentional.

I'm in Southern Indiana too!! First pic I was playing with the snow in the pine needles vs. the sun in the bright blue sky. The second was taken during the snow yesterday. Just fun stuff!! Very unusual for us to have this much snow to play in and/or photo
What church/where is it?

Interesting shots. Love the look on the dogs face. I'm too old to trust myself out on this snow covered ice but will be out as soon as it is a little less slick.

You are right gnawbone, I have been here over 50 years and knew the man who was instrumental in starting the congregation. By your moniker are you between Columbus and Nashville?

Yes, I live about ΒΌ mile over the County line into Brown County and a couple miles south of 46. Moved to the Columbus area in 1979
