The grass more natural (not over saturated).
Sand more contrast/tones.
Sky not boring.

Though putting the grass from #1 into #2 or vice versa. Hummm.

My preference would be something in between the two. more drama in the #1 sky, Lighter sand in #2

I like #2... Both need the water line at the horizon leveled though.

Got to go with #1 I don't think there is a problem with the horizon. Some rocks are closer than the other and it just looks that way.

I too like #1, but the combination of the grass in 1 and the sky in 2 would be amazing!

I think a combination of best features of both would be more pleasing to the eye. It might help if you'd punch up the contrast of the coastal rocks in the background.
