I believe for this particular shot I like number 1 best. The sky is more natural and the colors seem to pop more in the grass. Very nice.

I think I prefer the color and contrast of #1 - yet I'd like to see the cloud drwn out a little more.

Apart from the sky I prefer #1 as the sand and grass colours look much more vibrant which I like, perhaps with the sky from #2 it would be perfect for me.
