Happy New Year Camera buyer! The guy nearest me at Bosque by around 40-yards also was on a tripod, but with a 1-series camera and a 600L. You could hear his 10+ burst difference for every 5ish of mine. Working with these birds, and planes back in the summer, has me thinking about the effective differences in the AF systems from my 5DIII.

Great shots. I like the fact that you also put down the equipment and exposure you use, I wish ever one would do the same.
