I guess it could have been worse.
Most excellent and good.
Best I have felt in over 8 years.
Business is really picking up in the last 10 months.
Next year has a backlog of work for nearly the whole year and into 2019 for some areas.
Haven't seen this in over 8 years as it was mostly at most a 30 day backlog for the past 8 years.
My family and I are still healthy.
Mixed bag. I love some of the photo projects I am into but I lost my dog in January.
Still can't say that without tears.
Best wishes to all for 2018.

Lets just say it wasn't a dog that peed on me!
Still....everyone is healthy and warm for the moment.
Yeah, 2017 pissed me off.
2017 started out with me totaling our car. Progressed to hubby needing prostate surgery which cancelled the anniversary cruise we were to go on in February. We managed to go to Pagosa Springs in July with no problems and to Branson, MO in October without wrecking the rental but got lost a few times on the back roads; we found our way back anyway. Christmas this year had my kids with my daughter's children here and now, 2017 is over and I'm a year older today. 2018 is a new year.

Finish the old joke: Cheer up, things could be worse. So I cheered up and .....
Woke up every morning beside the woman of my life. As the song goes" Who could ask of anything more."

I retired July 1st and we became grandparents August 4th. So it was a pretty good year.

Of course, it was a "Great Year". (My natural inclination is to understate the obvious).
