Currently 13 degrees in Bridgewater, NJ. It was 9 degrees when I woke up at 7:30 AM. Getting colder the next week.

In the state of "White Sands". About 12 yrs ago NIKON claimed that the SW had the best sunsets.
We have weather a little bit cooler than AZ. It never gets above 108. About 8-9 yrs ago this part had 95 hours under 32 and old
infrastructure was destroyed. Coldest time on record. We are about 60 miles from El Paso, TX. We get monsoon rains.
We get about 355 days of sunshine & swamp coolers don't work when the humidity gets above 30 degrees. Our hum is in the 20's
during the day & sometimes gets below 10%. Very dry except for 3-9 inches of rain per year.

I lived at the Missile Range/El Paso - 59 - 60. We'd hit 115 - 120 in the middle of the day at the range.

We're waiting for our friends in Minnesota to descend on San Diego on New Year's Day to spend the rest of the winter here. From what I see of Minnesota this week it's a really good idea.

The last time I visited Minnesota (a few years back), the lakes were still frozen - in May!
