I took this picture on holiday in the summer, In Rhodes, but I have some dirt on the lens or sensor that has made dark blobs on the picture.
I would likle to do an a4 print butI am not skilled enough to fix it.
Has anyone with the skill got any spare time to fix it for me please.
thank you Steve.

It would be helpful to have the image to evaluate.

More than likely, it's on the sensor. Lenses can be pretty much destroyed and still produce a good image.

By the way:

- To detect dust as a sensor issue remove the lens: take a capture of a light uniformly lit background. (a white computer screen will do it)
- Once done this test you and you do not see any artifact you eliminate the lens. If you still want to verify the lens, use a slow speed, select an image that is light (sky or cloud as example) and move the camera so that the image is destroyed by the motion blur. The only consistent stuff left is the lens defect.

Note: Bob is correct in saying that it takes a lot of damage for a lens to show problem but this applies only to the front element. Any dust or mold that gets inside the lens elements will be visible in the capture.

I'm voting with Rong..... sensor dirt. And, yes, that is front element damage only.

I must have been half asleep (as usual) when I did not spot my errors. Sorry.
