I agree with cootie24. Be happy with the intended good results of your effort. Why muddy that up being unhappy with good fortune of your charity?

Just wondering if you really believe that after the scandal surrounding Wounded Warrior project where a very small amount of money collected was used to actually help vets ? Personal note - I don't look for charitable contributions to make me feel good. In fact many times, I don't feel great knowing that my contribution is so minuscule compared to the need. My giving has nothing to do with trying to make me feel better or feel 'proud'.

I do agree with most everyone here, my feelings are my own, If one does not like the way some groups use your money.. " Don't donate to them...it's as simple as that. it's like people who complain about the Government, and don't VOTE, as far as I'm concerned .. they don't have a leg to stand on. All I'm saying is your donation comes from the heart, No one has said anything about war here, only wreaths for our Veterans who have made this a special Nation of caring people. Our American Legion Post doesn't really give a hoot in hell about the money! The wreaths were delivered as promised. Wreaths Across America was our way of saying to the veteran's family, "your loved one is not forgotten, we remember, and we will always remember because he/she was one of us."
