As some know my camera dropped off a table I got it repaired but no matter what I try the Bluetooth option stays grayed out on the D500 I’ve tried fresh batteries and getting Snape Bridge to pair as well as the iPhone to see it nothing works it use to work before the drop

I’m now thinking perhaps the Bluetooth module got damaged

Does anyone else have a D500 that Bluetooth stays grayed out?

I also tried a factory reset.
