My guess is that it's "Baa Baa Black Sheep". (Never mind that's it's the same melody as the "Twinkle..." tune but more down to Earth.

And I'm not finding "Dawn Chorus" in a search, what came up most often was Delta Dawn by Tanya Tucker.
